We currently use Trello to organize and prioritize our workflow. It is your responsibility to keep the requests updated and incoming as we don’t ask for the work, we just get it done. Clients add project requests to their backlog, then move projects into the current folder, and when approved, a new project request can be added to Trello. You can share almost anything with us, Google docs or templates, or even record a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

Our plans are based on how quickly you want the projects completed, so you can start small and work up to the bigger plans. If you need ideas and marketing help, you can choose the plan with creative thinking calls with our team to minimize the back and forths. It’s a great way to kick off each month, especially if you need to talk through your ideas. We understand the value of human interaction, and this phone call will allow clients to discuss upcoming creative projects or any other design-related matters.

You can get 33% more projects with the $2500 plan based on a 2-day turnaround versus 3 days, which is about 3.5 more projects per month or 42 a year. Additionally, the creative thinking calls will help streamline the projects, in turn making the turnaround even quicker.
